About Us Country Style Furniture & Kitchens are a family run business who have been trading since 1992. When we first started out it was solely custom made pieces of furniture and kitchens that we specialised in. Struggling to cope with the demand we started to offer customers an alternative in the ready made furniture and factory kitchens. With this we opened our first showroon in 1998 so that customers no longer veiwed from catalogues and photographs but were able to see pieces on the shop floor and touch the wood for themselves. 2003 brought about purchasing new premises to house the workshop and also new showroom but planning difficulties prolonged the building work and an opening date has yet to be set. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. If the product you see online is what you require and sizes are correct e-mail us your details, phone, fax or if you are near by drop in past our showroom to discuss your requirements It is sometimes best if you could send us a sample of the colour required as we have a large range of standard colours but we are also capable of mixing colours to match existing furniture. (due to the nature of wood it is not always possible to get an exact match for furniture but we can usually get pretty close) We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit and debit cards. Customer information is kept strictly confidential and is not divulged to any other party.

Shipping And Handling Most deliveries are carried out by ourselves as this helps eliminate damages to the finished furniture. Depending on order value and destination a small charge may be added to cover costs. Sometimes we have to use third party couriers and we ensure furniture is fully wrapped and protected but we are not held liable for any damages when using couriers.

Delivery Schedule Our current delivery schedule is about 4-6 weeks from time order is placed and deposit is recieved. This time can fluctuate throughout the year but you will be advised of this when you place your order.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
